Jeanne Gerrity

Jeanne Gerrity is a curatorial associate at the Contemporary Jewish Museum in San Francisco, as well as an independent curator and writer. She has organized exhibitions at alternative art spaces in New York and San Francisco, including Beauty Underfoot at Smack Mellon, Sound Off at BRIC Rotunda Gallery, Global Fabrics, Common Threads at the ISE Foundation, and The Modern Monster at Queen's Nails Gallery. She has written for many publications, including Frieze, Rhizome, Art Papers, and Yishu: Journal of Contemporary Chinese Art. Jeanne received her MA in Modern Art and Curatorial Studies from Columbia University and her BA in Art History from Brown University.
