Brandon Brown + Matt Sussman

Brandon Brown's most recent books are Top 40 (2014) and Flowering Mall (2012), both from Roof Books.  His writing about art and culture has appeared recently in Art Practical, Open Space, Artsy, and KQED Arts.  In 2015, he wrote a monograph on Gregg Araki's crucial 2007 stoner comedy Smiley Face.  He is an editor at Krupskaya, and occasionally publishes small press materials under the imprint OMG! In 2016, Big Lucks will publish a slim volume of poems called The Good Life.

Matt Sussman is an Oakland-based writer and Associate Editor for Art Practical. Matt's writing has also appeared in the SF Bay Guardian, SFMOMA's Open Space, Art in AmericaThe WireBUTT Magazine, Flavorpill and KQED Arts. He also works at the Bay Area Video Coalition.
