Weston Teruya

Weston Teruya is an artist based in Oakland, CA by way of Honolulu, HI who creates paper sculptures that explore the histories, social dynamics, and textures of specific communities. Alongside his creative practice, he has worked as a grants administrator, served as a civic arts commissioner, and writes grants for cultural entities advancing cultural equity.
